Modular structure is made up of carbon steel, which is
painted with white and enamelled OTO BODY finishing. The
tank of stainless steel in charge of collecting washing
water is very big. Remnants unloading process takes place
through a pipe with a big diameter, which is provided with a
butterfly-shaped valve.
On the bottom of the tank there is a pneumatic cylinder,
that is necessary to activate the printhead for the inner
washing. The washing chamber is closed with a hatch, which
can be hydraulically activated through excluders suitable to
avoid the spillage of water.
A torque generator activates the member in charge of
hitching up boxes through a rotation of 165 degrees.
THE TANK
It is divided into three compartments, all together that
comes to about 8,000 litres. In is entirely built with AISI
304 stainless steel. Each compartment is provided with crawl
space for the cleaning and the inspection.
The process of loading takes place by means of a pipe, which
is provided with a ball valve and UNI 70 connection. Tanks
containing clean water, in about 4,000-litre capacity, are
provided with the indicator of visual level of water.
The dirty
water unloading is made through a ball valve,
3” in diameter.
The access to tanks takes place through a staircase, which
is set inside the tooling rack.
WIRING
directed by an electronic card presents:

THE INSIDE CONTAINER WASHING
The washing system uses
a
printhead
with 4 OMZ nozzles. A pneumatic jack locates automatically
the playback head before starting the washing.
THE OUTSIDE CONTAINER
WASHING
It works
through four bars, which are provided with 16 adjustable
nozzles placed inside, on the washing chamber‘s sides.
REEL
WITH LAUNCH
Necessary for
the high-pressure hydrowashing, with a 20-metre pipe and
automatic rewind, plugging in through a selector
DIRTY WATER RECLAIM PUMP
Centrifugal self-priming pump, which can be hydraulically
activated, in charge of sucking up heavy waters. The
plugging in is automatic when no other hydraulic movements
are in use.
