Properties

The mini back-overturning tank, brand Officine PILLA s.n.c. is composed of a skip/container with about 2.5 mc in capacity, which is very thick. It is studied for pouring off urban solids.  

Steel Fe 360  plate structure, 2 mm in thickness, it is reinforced through pressed-bended  plates and a steel  Fe360 tubular tyre, 3mm in thickness, set on the slide as well as on the bottom of the tank. The structure is realized through a complete and continuous watertight electro soldering.  

Second frame with steel longerons an a rectangular section, sizes and hinging columns,  steel-plated tank printed as Fe 360 / Fe 430, 3mm in thickness.  

Extending of both in the back and the top side of the tank to protect cab and vehicle.

One tiny hinged side rail, towing attachments, wheel clamps and rubber leaf.

A safety measure with a prop to avoid the tank lowering during the maintenance.  

A pump drives the lifting system which is equipped with gutters. They are in gear on the engine.  Control panel is set in the driver’s cub and it is provided with a warning light. 

Lifting tank system is activated through two hydraulic cylinders with a double effect.   They enable the overturning of the box with about 90° tilt, in order to be able to pour off all wastes into self-compactators provided with universal mouth or the dumping of free ones.  

Manually loading of waste products through a tiny side rail and or through the tool in charge of overturning garbage cans, and a connection in the shape of comb for 120/240/360-litre sheet bars.

 Two hydraulic jacks work as stabilizers, with a double effect. They guarantee solidity while the operators are dumping on the ground. Operators can activate them automatically before starting to raise the tank and jacks always restart automatically to lower the tank. 

Means of totally taken apart components factory paint the tank and the false frame. There are stages of taking apart, cleaning, plates sealing, application of epoxy rustproof bottom and two components of polyurethane enamel.

Certifications and  guarantee

Equipment complying with 89/392 CE machine directives and later changes with their own marking and EN 1501-01 directives.  The manufacturing process of the company complies with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards.  The 24 months guarantee starts from the delivery day.
