Equipment studied to clear up urban solids, which are easily
collected with the aid of a hydraulic device, composed of a
pallet truck and a compaction digger, which enables a
perfect joining with self-compactors marked by universal
mouth and base stations.
Properties
The second Frame
made of steel Fe430 e Fe510, it is provided with two
longerons with a rectangular section, whose dimensions are
suitable to face big efforts. They are connected to each
other through crosspieces equipped with the same section.
The two consoles whose extremities act as tank’s jointed
locks in the overturning are connected to longerons in the
back. The second frame
is
constrained by the frame by means of some bolts. The
structure is extremely solid, that is what ensures the
uniform distribution of stress on the entire frame.
The
properly thick tank is made of steel Fe430. The
texture is provided with a continuous and watertight
welding, about 5 m3 in volumetric capacity, more
then 50% coverage to prevent volatility of refuses in the
moving, the raising and the extending of side covers all
along the travel of the pallet truck, in order to guarantee
our operator’s safety in the tamping down.
The Carpentry
of the second frame is made of steel Fe430 tubular tyre
provided with rectangular sections and plates Fe430, which
are suitably shaped and preventively pickled. Steel Fe430
carpentry of tank is provided with strengthening beams made
of steel Fe430 tubular tyres.
Processing of important structural plates takes place
through a laser cutting.
Each weld complies with current UNIstandards.
The electrolytic process makes the bolting taking place
through cold-dip galvanized model 8.8 bolt.
Tampingsystem made up of cold-moulded steel plated
mechanical digger in the shape of teeth, tamping pallet
truck with side runners for the transfer, equipment’s
electro hydraulic operation is provided with an
electrically-operated oil pressure based system managed and
coordinated by a PLC.

Oil pressure based system

Oil dynamically operated stabilizers set in the back
of the vehicle. They are mechanically operated and they fit
in the lifting bottom of the tank. Stabilizers lower
mechanically always in unison with the tank.
The tool in charge of overturning containers composed by a
big rack for concurrent emptying of 2 120/240/360- litre
sheet bars and singly emptying of 1 660/770/1000-litre
container, flat lid, hitching up forks, DIN 30700
connections for 1100-litre containers.
The device can work by taking advantage of 4 rotation
points. They stand the container on its end up to unload all
its contents inside the tank without scattering wastes out
of it. That makes the device very effective in the
collecting of “damping”.
Painting
of the tank and false frame realized by means of totally
dismantled components with different stages: skimming;
cleaning; sealing of plates; employment of rust-proof epoxy
bottom and two components of polyurethane enamel.
Stoved drying marks the process used for every steel detail.
